The Corporate Governance and Audit Archive Review is an academic journal that publishes original research papers in all subfields of finance and econometrics. It is peer-reviewed. It concentrates on the theoretical and empirical contributions to these disciplines, as well as their application to public policy, economic development, and business decisions. The Corporate Governance and Audit Archive Review is designed to offer a platform for scholars, professionals, practitioners, academicians, and researchers to exchange and disseminate knowledge in the form of high-quality empirical and theoretical-based research papers from the past few years in the areas of research, case studies, literature reviews, and book reviews. The Journal serves as a platform for the publication of original papers that reflect socio-economic, political, and sustainable development objectives. The journal is interested in the following subjects, but they are not exhaustive: economics, finance, banking, commerce, and management sciences. Contributions that are grounded in empirical research are prioritised. From the primary level to the provincial, national, and international levels, the Journal offers an international platform for the rapid dissemination and discussion of research findings in the disciplines of economics, finance, and social sciences.
